Irom Sharmila's poems: "Fragrance of Peace"

Publishing house Zubaan has recently released a collection of Irom Sharmila's poems, "Fragrance of Peace", which has been translated into English from Meiteilon (Manipuri). This was to be released in Imphal during the 10th anniversary of her hunger fast for the repeal of the AFSPA, but unfortunately permission to release the book was denied.

All proceeds from the sale of this book will go towards supporting Sharmila's campaign. The book is priced at Rs 125 (plus Rs 25 postage).
